Now you can write the horror poem/story/novella... "The Claw"
I mean... we won't know what's under that bandage until it's off... won't we? |

Dance Like Noone Is Watching "
MY granddaughter was teasing me about my dancing and I told her someday you're gonna wish you danced with me instead of laughing at my moves.
I don't know about swinging from a tree these days but I definitely will keep dancing with Vic. I feel beautiful when he looks at me.
Nice entry Megan. |

Dancing"
It's more than a lyric in a song to me as well because the younger me was concerned about not doing anything that would draw attention to me because of the consequences. The older me doesn't think about it all. I'm not blatantly disrespectful of others but they're not my first consideration. I'm enjoying everyday moments and all the new memories I'm creating.
We've earned the right to be authentic, Joy! Age does have some interesting benefits. |

You made me smile or rather giggle since, in my mind's eye, I ended up seeing me dancing with John Travolta.
At my age, I can't swing from a tire on a tree but I can stroll through the woods quite well.
And btw, I love your entries. They are truly authentic, and nice and fun visions you have offered here in this entry. |

Knead Some Dough?"
I grew up on mostly Wonder Bread despite our family having a large dry farm (dry farm being a farm that grows wheat and barley and safflower without irrigation- it relies solely upon mother nature to rain). I was never fond of it and looked forward to the times my mom would laboriously mill and grind the grain we brought back during harvest into flour and make home-made wheat bread. There was and still is nothing better than fresh whole wheat bread with a little butter and honey.
I think we did the Wonder Bread because my mom wasn't a fan of cooking and making bread is a time-consuming process.
I quit doing the white bread decades ago. There are so many kinds of healthy, no HFCS, etc whole grain breads out there that are delicious that I have no idea why any adult would choose the crappy Wonder Bread. |

Madagasgar"
When I was in Monaco, a lemur reached out and stole my hat. The lemur put it on it's head and leaped around the enclosure bobbing it's head in amusement. It was close to a half hour before it threw my hat back out of the enclosure. They are quite playful and engaging creatures to watch. |

We humans are also related to horses and hay. Not closely related... even if we rest in the hay while the horse is munching away.
All of life is related. I'd love to see lemurs. I'd gladly visit Madagascar; but, I'd spend a week or two there. |

Mankind is certainly guilty of so many things especially when it comes to our co-existers.

Sending you healing energy to help speed you onto the road of recovery. Sue.
Though, I will confess, I enjoy wearing my pajama's when I am home.

Such a great use of the words! So sorry you have to go through with all that with the aftermath of the operation. I hope and pray to heal perfectly and very soon. |

No advice to give but I hope this works out. I haven't been feeling well and need to go to the doctor like I promised myself. |

I hadn't thought about Egyptian dress. Yes, we'd probably be covered head to toe. But in light, airy fabrics that let in whatever breeze there is. |
